Kitchen dinner
at Hordaland Art Centre
Wednesday 25 June
7 pm
Pay as you can, sign up needed – check back for sign up in a little while
Welcome to a Kitchen Dinner with Daniela Ramos Arias, Petra Rahm and Mathijs van Geest, focusing on the Dear Neighbour-project where they have invited artists to develop projects about, for and together with our neighbourhood Nordnes in Bergen.
Through Hordaland Art Centre’s series of Kitchen Dinners exhibiting artists invite the audience to share a meal with them, while engaging in conversations related to their work. The concept is a continuation of ‘Curated Kitchen Dinners’, an initiative developed as part of Temautstillingen 2023.
Pay as you can: The Kitchen Dinner meals aim to be an accessible platform where food and conversations around the exhibition and artistic practices can be enjoyed. In order to make it accessible to as many as possible, we have a “pay as you can” offer where depending on your possibilities, you can pay 50, 100 or 200 kr for your experience. The money goes directly to covering the costs of ingredients and hosting of the events. We appreciate your generosity.
The Bergen art scene has a reputation for being collaborative and generous.
This pre-programme is proof of that.
